The food and the drinks were amazing. $5 Bloody Mary with a slice of bacon! The nitro cold brew was very tasty. Would have liked a larger amount for the price. The food was very delicious and the potatoes were mixed with sweet potatoes.

Service was exceptional and the food was delicious! You will not regret visiting this establishment!

Proving Ground has a nice chilled out atmosphere. They have a nice selection of of different types of drinks, sweets, and food. The food is really good. The coffee's and teas are great. They have in house seasonal flavors that they make for coffee. They also try to source from locally owned businesses. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Overall I had a really good experience.

The food is prepared with intention and absolutely delicious every time. The meals are colorful, seasonal, and fresh. And their Carmel latte is a MUST. It’s better than any I’ve had in the city.
